Meet Haley Torretta

Haley comes from a family where real estate is at the core. Knowing early on that she wanted to be part of the industry she grew up around, Haley pursued a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Architecture. Through her education, she developed a deep understanding of how homes are designed and built, as well as the key features that matter most when evaluating and making decisions about a property.

Haley began her professional career in residential construction before transitioning into sales with one of the world’s largest and most successful flooring manufacturers. In this role, she worked closely with clients throughout the Bay Area, developing strong negotiation skills and a relationship-driven approach rooted in trust, communication, and attention to detail. She later gained hands-on experience working for some of the most successful interior designers in San Francisco and Marin County, further refining her eye for quality, value, and design.

With a background in construction, design, and sales, Haley brings a well-rounded perspective to real estate. In addition to working with buyers and sellers, she assists agents as a project manager, coordinating contractors and overseeing property preparation to help homes enter the market positioned for maximum value.

Today, Haley works alongside her father, Gary Torretta, a top-producing agent in West Contra Costa County and a valued member of Security Pacific Real Estate for nearly 40 years. With the benefit of hands-on mentorship and a strong professional support system, Haley offers clients knowledge and guidance that extend far beyond traditional training.
